I feel like my profession has been in some form of Real Estate all my life. I started in the Commercial Real Estate Department at one of the Leading Department Store Chain Corporate Offices in Cincinnati, Ohio. From there, I Managed a title office preparing closing files, working with lenders and agents throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area. I then worked for several of the Top Performing Real Estate Agents in the Country before managing the Number 2 RE/MAX Team in Cincinnati. Through Managing a team of 5, my Partner and I established Systems that ran a seamless office. Agents around the area enjoyed working with us because they knew it was going to be a smooth transaction.
I can honestly say that Real Estate is my passion. I love sitting in the closing attorneys office around the table and watching the buyer and seller come together exchanging words about their home.
Relocating to Georgia in early 2015 with my Husband and Teenage Daughter, I know first hand the pressures of selling and buying a home in today's market. I also know how HOT the Georgia Market is and purchasing in an area where demand is high and inventory is low. I know the stresses that the buyers and sellers of today are going through to purchase their next home or sell their current home.
Earning the 2016 Angie's List Super Service Award and receiving reviews from raving fans is just one example of the service package I offer to my clients. Whether you are buying your first home or buying/selling a multi-million dollar home, having a superior service experience when it is all over is my ultimate goal. I have been an agent since 2010 and run my business primarily from agent referrals, referrals from past clients and repeat buyers and sellers.
Unlike other agents in the industry your complete satisfaction with our real estate experience is my primary goal. I am a subscribing member to the National Association of Realtors and subscribe to their code of ethics daily. Confidentiality with your real estate transaction is priority one! From beginning to end, we will have constant communication. If something is going wrong in the transaction, you will be the first to know. I don't hide and turn off my phone when things start to go wrong. I confront it head on and work to find a solution that works for all parties involved. My nickname on my previous team was the "Solution Finder". I wore a Superman T-shirt towards the end of the month when things got crazy at the office - finding solutions to keep the deals together. I have to be completely honest in saying that yes, transactions definitely go south for all different reasons - a death in the family, buyer's financing falls through, house burns down. Closing more than 5,000 transactions in my real estate career, I have probably seen it all. Having seen most objections gives me the knowledge to help buyers and sellers through most hurdles in a real estate transaction. It will be my pleasure to navigate a real estate transaction with you.
